Organic Weaning Purees 4+ Months
The weaning purees have been developed for babies aged from four months (Stage 1).
They will come in 120g portions and contain nothing but fresh, nutrient-packed, organic fruit and vegetables which are blended to a fine puree.
Butternut Squash & Apple (120g)
It may sound an unusual combination mixing fruit with vegetables but, the natural sweetness of the apple mixed with the butternut squash, is a good way to encourage babies to eat vegetables.
Butternut Squash (77%), Apple (23%).
Provides: Beta Carotene, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Calcium, Iron.
Sweet Potato & Carrot (120g)
Carrots make excellent weaning food due to their naturally sweet taste and sweet potatoes are generally richer in nutrients than ordinary potatoes. Combined with the orangey flesh of the sweet potato, this dish provides an excellent source of Beta Carotene, which is a powerful antioxidant.
Sweet Potato (73%), Carrot (27%).
Provides: Beta Carotene, Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Calcium, Iron.
Carrot, Potato & Parsnip (120g)
The root vegetables combined in this dish make a great weaning puree as they have a naturally sweet taste, they are unlikely to cause allergies, and are packed full of all of the good nutrients weaning babies need.
Potato (37%), Carrot (37%), Parsnip (26%).
Provides: Beta Carotene, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Calcium, Folate.
Potato, Leek & Pea (120g)
This dish allows you to start introducing the flavour of green vegetables to you baby at an early stage and, as peas are particularly rich in iron, not only do they help develop the baby’s taste but also helps to build up their resistance to infection.
Potato (31%), Peas (11%), Leek (9%), Unsalted Butter (5%), Water.
Provides: Folate, Iron, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Calcium.
