Our Contract
These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of goods sold by Pure Organic Baby Food Ltd (“we” and “us”) to the customer (“you”) and constitute the entire and only agreement between us in relation thereto.

All orders placed are subject to acceptance by us by delivery of the goods to you at which point a legally binding contract is constituted between us. The processing of your payment and acknowledgment of your order does not constitute legal acceptance of your order.
Price & Payment
We must receive payment for the whole of the price of the goods you order and any applicable charges for carriage. We accept credit/debit card payments when ordering through the on-line shop. Alternatively, cash or cheque payment will be required on delivery of order.
Occasionally an error may occur with our web site and goods may be incorrectly priced in which circumstances we will not be obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price.
If your order contains any out of stock products we will contact you to discuss and agree an alternative product which is equivalent to your order. If the alternative is not suitable, we will deduct the value of the products from your order. If we are unable to contact you, we will send all of the items that are in stock and automatically reimburse you for the out of stock items.
Delivery
We endeavour to make deliveries at a time that is most convenient for you; this may include an evening, week-day or weekend delivery time. As all the goods are delivered frozen, it is your responsibility to ensure that some-one is at home to receive the goods.
Upon receiving your order, we will contact you to agree a time to delivery when you know some-one will be at home to receive the goods.
By placing an order you are acknowledging that the goods are delivered frozen an are perishable and, therefore, in order to remain frozen until they are ready to be used, they must be placed in a freezer immediately upon delivery.
A delivery charge is applicable dependant on your location:-
- Postcodes SA1 to SA7 £5.95 delivery charge per order
- Postcodes SA14 to SA20 £3.95 delivery charge per order
Cancellation & Returns
You may cancel your order by giving us notice of cancellation within 24 hours days of the date of delivery to you. Such notice may be given by phone, mail or email.
In the rare event that you are unhappy with the goods received, please contact the company immediately on 01269 871671 and we will replace the products free of charge or offer a refund for the unsatisfactory goods.

Privacy Policy
Pure Organic Baby Food Limited will not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to another third party.
General
If any part of these conditions is invalid, illegal or unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the validity, legality or enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected. This contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law.

Having a Holiday in South West Wales and don’t want to take up your precious time by having to be in the kitchen?
Pure Organic Baby Food can help by offering a holiday service whereby you can pre-order your dishes to arrive at your accommodation on the first day of your holiday!
All you need to do is complete your shopping on-line, fill in the delivery address details with your holiday destination details, and specify a suitable delivery time.
We will contact you to confirm all the arrangement and then sit back, relax and leave the rest to us!
